Our Services

Attaboy Lawn Care provides professional lawn treatment services including fertilization, weed control, soil conditioning, disease control, and insect control in the Middle Georgia area.

Service terms:

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts.
• You may cancel your service at any time without penalty.
• We will make reasonable efforts to begin your first treatment within 24 hours of enrollment.
• Treatment schedules are based on seasonal needs and may vary throughout the year.
• We reserve the right to modify treatment plans based on your lawn's condition, weather, and other relevant factors.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are based on information provided by you and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ.
• Pricing is flat monthly. Your quoted price covers all treatments included in your service plan.
• We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
• Payment is due monthly. We offer online invoicing and payment through your customer portal.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Maintain reasonable access to your property for treatments (unlocked gates, clear paths)
• Keep pets and children off treated areas until products have dried (approximately 30 minutes)
• Communicate any concerns, special instructions, or changes in a timely manner
• Pay invoices according to the agreed billing terms

Our Guarantees

No More Waiting: We will schedule your first treatment within 24 hours of enrollment.

No More Weeds: If your lawn is not improving as expected, we will re-treat at no additional charge. This guarantee requires that you maintain an active service plan and follow any care recommendations we provide.

No More Worrying: All products used are selected for both effectiveness and safety for families and pets when used as directed.

These guarantees are subject to reasonable conditions, including adherence to recommended treatment schedules and basic lawn care practices (mowing, watering).

Limitation of Liability

Attaboy Lawn Care is not liable for:

• Lawn damage caused by factors outside our control, including drought, flooding, extreme weather, pest infestations not covered by your plan, or damage caused by other service providers
• Results that vary due to pre-existing lawn conditions, soil problems, or inadequate watering and mowing practices
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Website Use

Acceptable use: You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or purchasing our services.

Prohibited use: You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Bibb County, Georgia.
