How does the billing work?
One flat amount every month for the whole season of treatments, so there is never a big bill. You can cancel any time, or pay by the visit if you would rather.
How long until I see results?
Weeds yellow in the first month and brown before they are gone. That browning is the treatment working. Most yards we start in March are good to great by July.
Do I need to be home for lawn treatments?
No. We text you before every visit so you know when we are coming. Every treatment goes down outside, so there is no reason to be home. After each visit you get a treatment report explaining exactly what we applied.
What is the 1/3 rule in lawn care?
The 1/3 rule means never cutting more than one-third of the grass blade height in a single mowing. For example, if your bermuda is at 3 inches, do not cut it below 2 inches. Removing too much at once stresses the grass and creates openings for weeds. This is one of the most important mowing practices for a healthy lawn.
What should we do about kids and pets on treatment day?
Keep pets and kids off the lawn until it's dry. We use professional-grade products, applied at label rates by a licensed Georgia commercial applicator, and we text you when the visit is done and what we put down.
